- We offer prompt cost-effective recruitment. We can help you meet spikes in your demand for recruits with aggressive sourcing and prompt endorsement of qualified applicants. We already have increased our sourcing capability to meet the increasing needs of key clients. And we expect to further grow our partnership with them and others as well, as we further increase our sourcing capability. We strive to provide a high proportion of successful hires from our endorsements, helping ensure cost effectiveness of our partners’ operations.
- We can recruit for an increasingly broad range of positions. When we started operations in 2010, our focus was the sourcing and training of applicants for call center agent positions. But as our business partners have grown in kind and number, we have moved into recruitment of software engineers, software designers and software architects as well as other non-agent positions. To enhance our ability to provide recruits in the software space, we have started to partner with the universities and other institutions noted for the skills of their engineering and information technology graduates.
- We offer near-hire services that can help clients make full use of their recruitment Pesos. Call centers all spend considerable amounts of money attracting applicants, many of who fail to make the cut. It can be very cost effective to simply train those who have walked in but have failed to make the cut by a small margin, and bring them up to the standard required. And to help clients monitor training without influencing the actual training experience, our training rooms are wired for CCTV, capturing video and sound.
- We offer training in basic home network skills for call center recruits. Given that many of the call center industry’s own clients are telecom or internet service providers, many call centers need large numbers of agents able to deal with problems in basic home networks. But there is often a dearth of capable agents. We can help by training recruits in the needed skills, again maximizing the cost effectiveness of our client’s recruitment efforts.
- We offer training for your trainers. We offer trainer certification courses which can be tailored to your needs. This can include English, Customer Service and Call Handling.
