Our History


Incorporated in early 2010, we first focused on developing and testing our training curriculum. Actual recruitment and training operations started in May 2010 shortly after we got our registration from the Department of Labor as a recruitment and placement agency.

Our work so far has led to the successful placement of many trainees. Our trainees include a wide range of people including:

- recent graduates or undergraduates of both prestigious universities and less well-known institutions, holding any of a wide range of academic degrees including many in nursing.

- many who left school years ago but who were determined to get better jobs including:

  • former OFWs
  • former teachers in well known educational institutions who wanted new careers
  • former nurses
  • many others with all kinds of backgrounds who simply wanted to build better careers, such as government and private sector employees and housewives

And we are happy that over time, major firms in the BPO space have either accepted us as business partners or have invited us to become their business partners.

As our relationships with clients have evolved, we have been asked to provide an increasing number of recruits at an even faster pace than before. We have responded by increasing our emphasis on actively sourcing recruits who can be directly endorsed without need for training.

And as we have become business partners of non-call center firms in the BPO space, we have begun recruiting for non-agent positions as well.

Our People


Our people bring to their jobs a high degree of commitment and many years of experience in the BPO industry, particularly in the call center segment. And we continue to grow our organization by hiring individuals with useful experience in the call center industry.
